Ok, I cannot believe I haven’t blogged about this one
yet. This is one of my absolute favorite
things Carmen cooks for us. It’s a
lentil stew sort of thing with potatoes, carrots, spinach and chorizo. It’s so delicious and it is even better now
that it’s getting cold.
